Looking to boost your fitness and have fun? Our diverse range of group fitness classes at Wodonga Sports & Leisure Centre offers something for everyone. Whether you’re seeking the motivation of a group setting, expert guidance, or simply want to try something new, we’ve got you covered.

From Strength & Conditioning to Dance, Pilates, Yoga, and Aqua Aerobics; there is something for everyone across our three studios and indoor heated pool.

For added convenience, we provide access to Les Mills Virtual classes during off-peak hours and offer Les Mills On Demand in-club, making it easier than ever to fit fitness into your schedule.

Aqua Cardio

A fun, energetic, low-impact cardio class in the pool that improves balance, coordination and heart health.

Aqua Strong

Improve stability in a strength-focused aqua class using water resistance to improve muscle tone, balance, and confidence in daily movement.

Aqua Tabata

Just 20 seconds of easy-to-follow movement, followed by 10 seconds rest, repeated for 10 rounds. We complete 8 sets with some active recovery in between. It’s quick & adaptable for all fitness levels, and a great way to boost heart health, strength, and confidence.

Aqua Immersion

Immerse yourself in water with this low-impact workout designed to improve fitness while combining movement and coordination to challenge cognitive function.

Aqua Fusion

A low-impact, variety-based class combining cardio, strength, and interval exercises to improve fitness, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Les Mills Strength Development®

Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT combines slow and controlled movements, functional exercises, and dynamic core training to enhance strength, power, and athleticism. It will build muscle, improve technique, and grow your confidence so you can train more powerfully in the studio and on the gym floor.

Pilates

A slower-paced, floor-based body conditioning class that combines breathing, stretching, and strengthening to achieve and maintain optimal posture. Strengthening your deep abdominal muscles and core stabilisers muscles.

Yin Yoga

A deeply calming practice using long, gentle holds to stretch the body, relax the nervous system, and restore balance.

Strong Movers

A low-medium intensity group training session to help you improve muscle & bone strength and stability. Designed to make daily activities easier by improving overall strength and posture. Your trainer will work closely with you to perfect your form & technique in this fun & social workout.

Move n Tone

Low impact cardio class with a focus on movement, mobility, and balance to music. Move your body using light weights and/or body weight to tone your whole body and improve cardiovascular health.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga (with Dru yoga Modifications) 

A calming and restorative yoga class that uses slow, controlled movements and breath to help you unwind, stretch and reconnect with your body.

Strong Fit

A mix of strength & conditioning movements and functional workouts to see you evolve your mindset and fitness. Your trainer will work closely with you to perfect your form and technique in this small group training session. 

Retro Aerobics

A fun and nostalgic, music-driven workout with simple steps, cardio drills and moves to improve aerobic fitness and balance.

Vinyasa Yoga

This class is a combination of flowing moves, strength, stability, and balance with steady poses, finishing with mindful meditation and breathing to improve overall health.

Bootcamp

Using indoor and outdoor spaces, this full-body workout combines functional equipment to test every aspect of your fitness — strength, power, agility, and endurance.

Les Mills RPM®

RPM® is an indoor cycling workout that will shift your cardio fitness to a higher gear. Find your rhythm in the music, set your own resistance level, and hit an endorphin high.

Stretch & Relax

You will find your flow with this session, set in a relaxing dimly lit room, aimed at improving your flexibility, mobility, and balance. Lengthen and stretch those muscle groups with optional meditation to finish.

HIIT Circuit

Time-based training that targets endurance, and aerobic fitness through functional movement stations.

Spin45

This freestyle ride replicates riding outdoors, on flats and hills, while cycling to your favourite music. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Dance Fit

Ready to shake off the week and add some pep to your step? Join us for dance class where salsa, jazz and samba collide in this whirlwind of fun and fitness. See you on the dance floor!
