From Strength & Conditioning to Dance, Pilates, Yoga, and Aqua Aerobics; there is something for everyone across our three studios and indoor heated pool.
For added convenience, we provide access to Les Mills Virtual classes during off-peak hours and offer Les Mills On Demand in-club, making it easier than ever to fit fitness into your schedule.

Aqua
Use the water resistance to challenge your entire body. All workouts are designed to go at your own pace and offer a great non weight-bearing workout for all fitness levels.
Aqua Fit
Get your heart pumping and muscles working to improve endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness. Enjoy low-impact water exercises that are easier on your joints.
Aqua Tabata
Just 20 seconds of easy-to-follow movement, followed by 10 seconds rest, repeated for 10 rounds. We complete 8 sets with some active recovery in between. It’s quick & adaptable for all fitness levels, and a great way to boost heart health, strength, and confidence.
Immersion 45
Immerse yourself in water and workout. Start with what you can do right now, then use the water to grow your fitness level, range of motion, strength, and cognitive function. Designed with all participants in mind.

Low Impact Training (LIT)
Low Impact, High Fun! This inclusive and adaptable group fitness session is designed for all abilities, with seated and standing options to support those managing injuries or who prefer low-impact movement. LIT helps build strength, confidence & functional movement. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a gentler way to stay active, LIT is the perfect place to move your body and lift your spirits.
Move n Tone
Low impact cardio class with a focus on movement, mobility, and balance to music. Move your body using light weights and/or body weight to tone your whole body and improve cardiovascular health.
Pilates
A slower-paced, floor-based body conditioning class that combines breathing, stretching, and strengthening to achieve and maintain optimal posture. Strengthening your deep abdominal muscles and core stabilisers muscles.
Spin45
This freestyle ride replicates riding outdoors, on flats and hills, while cycling to your favourite music. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Stretch & Relax
You will find your flow with this session, set in a relaxing dimly lit room, aimed at improving your flexibility, mobility, and balance. Lengthen and stretch those muscle groups with optional meditation to finish.
Strong Fit
Your trainer will work closely with you to perfect your form and technique in this small group training session. A mix of strength & conditioning movements and functional workouts to see you evolve your mindset and fitness.
Strong Movers
A low-medium intensity group training session to help you improve muscle & bone strength and stability. Designed to make daily activities easier by improving overall strength and posture. Your trainer will work closely with you to perfect your form & technique in this fun & social workout.
Yoga
Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. This class is a combination of flowing moves, strength, stability, and balance with steady restorative poses, finishing with mindful meditation and breathing to improve overall health.
