Aqua Aerobics classes are back at Albury Swim Centre for the summer!
Aqua exercise is a water-based class. It's a great way to exercise, particularly for older adults because the exercises can be performed without putting extra strain on your joints. Beginners are welcome and this class is suitable for non-swimmers.
This season we will be offering Pop-up classes around our major bookings - so please take note of the dates, as they are not consistently running week to week.
Day & Time: Tuesdays 10am & Thursdays 11am
Cost:
Casual: $10.00
Members: scan card
Fitness Passport: ask for ticket and scan into FP portal
Instructors - Sylvia (Tuesday) and Nic (Wednesday)
What to bring: Please bring a hat, sunscreen and water bottle
