Today we were truly humbled.
The generosity of the Albury Wodonga community was nothing short of inspirational tonight.
Our inaugural Big Freeze event was a huge success — and it’s all thanks to you. With an initial fundraising goal of $5,000, we are thrilled to share we’ve already reached approximately $6,500, and the total is still climbing!
To everyone who braved the slide — thank you.
To those who dressed up and brought the laughter — thank you.
To the incredible local businesses who sponsored, donated, and fundraised — thank you.
Your efforts are making a real impact in the fight against MND, and we could not be prouder of what we’ve achieved together.
Our small but mighty team at AWAF is beyond grateful for the support and already looking ahead to an even bigger and better Big Freeze Waterslide Event in 2026!
More photos to come!!! Watch this space for the final tally!
If you or your business would like to be part of next year’s event, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s make the 2026 Big Freeze one to remember.
Thank you to all businesses who raised funds and supported:
