New SPRING group fit timetable!

As some members may be aware we are heading into October which means 24/7 access and virtual fitness is just around the corner!! This also meant a review of our timetable during September to coincide with the release of virtual fitness next month.

With this some changes have been made but we will be continuously monitoring our group fitness timetable and of course welcome any feedback from our members!

This month saw the inclusion of our new Stretch and Flex class with Leah on Wednesdays at 10:30am as well as Crystal coming on board with a new mid-morning Body Balance class on Fridays at 10:50am!

We also have had amazing feedback regarding our Monday morning Yoga with the very talented Amy Vacarro from Chill Wellness Mama joining the team and Lynne Russell coming onboard as our new Monday morning Body Pump Instructor!! Welcome Lynne!!

 

Also, a big welcome back to Annie Pritchard!! Annie is back from a well-earned holiday and we couldn’t be happier! You can catch Annie in her regular Body Pump timeslots Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 5:30pm!

Also, on another group fit note all our Active older adults now have access to our Monday evening Pilates class with Tracey at 6:30pm! I’m sure Tracey is looking forward to seeing some new faces Monday nights.
