Well the cold weather is upon us but its been fantastic to see that it hasn’t kept you all from getting into the gym and classes continuing your fitness journeys!!! Let’s be honest, exercise is really the best way to keep warm anyway.
We had a huge success with our health club skipping challenge this month! Our winners for the May challenge were Megan for the Women with 255 skips and we had Colin for the men with a massive 318 skips! Our new challenge will begin on the 1st of June and it’s going to be a good one.
This month we also had Leah donate her time as an RPM instructor to run a fundraiser for Relay for Life. The class managed to raise $70 on the night and we are happy to say that we will be holding more fundraising classes in the coming months. Well done to everyone who got involved!
You may have also seen that we are currently taking registrations for our huge 9-week Fitness Challenge! The registrations close Monday the 3rd of June. Included is Nutrition plans and coaching, free body scans, 3 sessions a week, mindset coaching and payment plan options available now is the time to focus on that summer body!!!
